If you entered the East Midlands Rapid Drop Off area but already had a valid car park booking for the same date and time, you may be eligible for the Rapid Drop Off charge to be refunded.
What you need to do:
Submit a refund request by clicking here
Ensure you had a valid car park booking at East Midlands Airport at the time of entry.
Provide a copy or screenshot of your booking confirmation showing the date and time.
Once your valid car park booking is confirmed, the Rapid Drop Off charge can be refunded, and no charge will be applied.
If you do not have a valid car park booking, the Rapid Drop Off charge will remain payable.
